The 5th International Corn Industry Conference (ICIC), sponsored by the Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), was held in Changchun, Jilin Province on September 22. Addressing at the conference were Wang Shouchen, Vice Governor of Jilin Province, Peng Junheng, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Futures Supervision I under the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and Guo Xiaoli, DCE Executive Vice President. Besides, Professor Zhou Qiren, Dean of National Development Research Institute of Peking University, and Fang Yan, Deputy Chief of the Agricultural Economy Division under the National Development and Reform Commission made speeches.
